Sugar-free Candy

Tuesday December 26, 2006

Whew! It's still December, but most of the big holidays are now past. Did you indulge a bit too much this year? Feeling ready to be more virtuous in the coming weeks? I know I can answer "yes!" to both of the above.

Unfortunately, my good intentions and my massive sweet tooth often clash, and my sweet tooth usually wins. At times like these, I turn to healthier options to get me through my cravings. Sugar replacers can be used in some candies to cut calories and carbohydrates. Try Sugar-Free Gummies if you love chewy sweets you can sink your teeth into. If it's a sweet/salty combination you're after, White Chocolate Peanuts, made with sugar-free chocolate, may be just the thing. Or if it has to be chocolate, try sugar-free Fudge Balls and satisfy your cravings without guilt.
