I know I recently posted about my goal to back off the sugar candy for a few days, but truthfully, I am weak. Weak! And when confronted with seasonal chocolate-covered cherries, what's a sweet tooth to do? (Dive right in, of course!)

Chocolate-covered cherries are commonly seen in stores around Christmas, but it's more fun to make your own. The process is a little time-consuming, but the results are delicious--much less cloyingly sweet than most store varieties. To ensure successful candy, check out the step-by-step picture guide to making chocolate-covered cherries before you begin.

If you do make the cherries, come brag about your creations in the Candy forums. The forums are a great place to discuss candy triumphs and ask questions about tricky recipes. See you there!
