I was at my favorite cooking store earlier this week, spending too much money as usual, and I saw a giant bottle of rosewater near the flavored oils and extracts. It immediately made me think of this great recipe for Persian Pistachio Nougat. If you've never made nougat, check out the video showing how to Make Persian Pistachio Nougat. The only question is, what should you do with the rest of the gallon o' rosewater?

OMG! Are you serious? What to do with the rest of the gallon of rose water. Well, you can make baklava or flavor whipped cream or flavor pastry cream for a cake filling. The stuff is sooooo tasty!
