Sugar Easter Eggs

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Take a moment to eat some green food, have a beverage, and pinch a friend who's not wearing green.

Done? Good. There's not time to waste, because Easter is in one week and there's lots of great Easter candies to discuss. First up are these stunning Sugar Easter Eggs. It's hard to believe that something so beautiful could be made entirely from sugar and egg whites, but it's true. These eggs are sadly not edible, but they make gorgeous Easter decorations, and if they're stored carefully, they can last for many years.
