Oatmeal Cookie Dough Truffles

Thursday August 21, 2008
Admit it: at least half of the fun of making cookies is eating gobs of raw cookie dough during the baking process. If you've ever been guilty of making cookies just to eat the dough, do I have the candy for you! These Oatmeal Cookie Dough Truffles have the great taste and texture of fresh oatmeal cookie dough, formed into bite-sized candies dipped in white chocolate. There are no eggs in this recipe, so these candies are a great choice for the cookie dough lover concerned about consuming raw eggs. I like mine with cranberries and pecans, but you can customize the dough to suit your own tastes.
