Pistachio-Orange Truffles

Pistachio-Orange Truffles are smooth dark chocolate truffles scented with orange zest and rolled in roasted, chopped pistachios. The crunchy nuts on the outside are a great texture contrast to the silky orange-chocolate interior. Of course, if you don't like pistachios, these can be rolled in chopped almonds, cocoa powder, or powdered sugar.
