Raspberry Fudge

In my mind, raspberries and chocolate are a perfect combination. I can't think of any chocolate dessert that isn't improved by the addition of raspberries, and vice-versa. Although these flavors are pretty common in cakes and pastries, there aren't many off-the-shelf candies that incorporate raspberries and chocolate. (Note to self: invent raspberry-chocolate candy bar for mass consumption). Raspberry Fudge bravely steps in to fill this void, offering a truffle-like fudge base topped by a silky raspberry and white chocolate layer. The result is a decadent candy that has the richness of chocolate but the light summer taste of fresh berries.
