Cinnamon Cocoa Fudge

Monday November 9, 2009
Cinnamon Cocoa Fudge gets its deep, dark chocolate taste from a good dose of unsweetened cocoa powder and a sprinkling of cinnamon and vanilla. Because the flavor comes through so strongly, it's important to use a good-quality cocoa powder that has a flavor you enjoy. You can also experiment with adding other spices like ground cardamom or ginger for a more exotic taste.
