Spiced Meringues

Autumn is in full swing, Thanksgiving is coming up, and now is the perfect time to embrace the comforting flavors of fall. Spiced Meringues are light, crunchy candies scented with spices, studded with toasted nuts, and topped with pecan halves. Best of all, these airy treats are baked less than most meringues, so they are slightly chewy on the inside and provide a nice texture contrast to the hard, crunchy exterior.
