Inside-Out Chocolate-Covered Strawberries are a mouthful...in more ways than one. Yes, they have an unwieldy name, which is nearly impossible to say ten times fast. (Go ahead, try it.) But I promise you won't care about the clunky name when your mouth is full of a ripe berry stuffed with a rich chocolate truffle mixture. There are a few things that make these more exciting than traditional chocolate-covered strawberries. For one, I've written the recipe so that the chocolate ganache stays nice and soft at room temperature, so it practically melts into the juicy berry--no crunchy chocolate shell here! Plus, the strawberries are given little chocolate "stands" of their own, so that you can display them upright. This is not only neater, it makes for a beautiful visual presentation. So go ahead, try and get your mouth around these beauties--if you dare.
