Some candy recipes are so easy, I feel guilty calling them "recipes." Take these Chocolate-Covered Cheesecake Squares, for instance. I could just tell you to cut a cheesecake up into squares, melt some chocolate, and get to dunking. You could probably figure out any complications and end up with some tasty treats, all on your own. But if I didn't take the time to tweak and develop these "recipes," then I wouldn't have any excuse to make and eat them myself--and that would be a real shame! So instead of treating this as a must-read recipe, let's think of it as a must-make recommendation accompanied by a must-drool photograph. Imagine all of the occasions where you might want to serve these elegant, beautiful little squares. Baby or bridal showers? Dessert parties? Afternoon teas? How about all of the above! They're elegant and delicious and sure to impress people...just don't tell anyone how simple they are to make.
