Feast your eyes on this deep, dark Natural Peanut Brittle, and tell me you aren't craving a piece right now. Instead of granulated sugar, it uses coconut sugar and maple syrup to give the brittle a rich caramelized flavor. It also gets all of its fat from peanut butter, which intensifies the naturally nutty taste. Love brittle, but not so into peanuts? Try using different nuts and nut butters (almond! cashew! macadamia!) to customize this classic candy.
