Y'all know that making candy from existing candy is one of my favorite things, but with this Peanut Butter Cup Bark I've taken it one step further. This candy is made with both peanut butter cups and peanut butter cookies--two favorite treats, turned into one delicious homemade candy! This double-layered bark is packed with peanut and chocolate flavor, and the cookies in the bottom layer give it a great crunchy texture. You can also get creative and replace the cookies with vanilla wafers, peanut butter Oreos, or (my personal favorite) chopped pretzel bits!
