If you want to go all-out when you make these, divide the ganache up and flavor each portion with a different flavoring extract, like mint, raspberry or orange. Dip the different flavors in different colors and decorate them to resemble their ice cream flavor. The "mint chocolate chip" cone in the bottom row of the picture was my personal favorite!
