Why not, indeed? In this recipe for Marzipan-Covered Truffles, I wrapped small chocolate truffles with a thin layer of marizpan, and then dunked them in chocolate. The marzipan gave them a great nutty taste, and a slightly chewy texture, while the chocolate kept the marzipan from tasting too sweet and boring. This is a great candy for nut lovers!
