I like most apples just fine, but I love Honeycrisp apples. To me, they have the perfect texture and flavor, and I could easily eat one with every meal. I don't know if this is true everywhere, but where I live they're only available for a few months in the fall/early winter, so when I find them at the store, I pounce!
