If you love the thought of gingerbread candies, but don't want to commit to making the gingerbread marshmallows or gingerbread caramels I featured earlier, you'll want to try this quick and easy bark instead. Gingerbread Bark is made from crushed gingersnap cookies two kinds of chocolate: semi-sweet and white. Those three simple ingredients are combined to make a candy that's both sweet and spicy, crunchy and smooth, and entirely delicious! Use your favorite crunchy ginger cookies, because the cookies are the dominant taste in this bark. I used plain gingersnaps, but cream-filled ginger cookies would be really tasty too!
