If you're looking for a "plain" marshmallow recipe, chances are you usually settle for a vanilla variety. There's nothing wrong with that, since vanilla is a nice neutral flavor, but it's not the only game in town! Honey Marshmallows are a great twist on the traditional "plain" marshmallow. They are made with brown sugar and a hefty dose of honey, so they have a deep, rich flavor and a floral sweetness that elevates them from your standard marshmallows. Because they do have a honey taste they can be enjoyed on their own, but they're neutral enough that they also work in recipes like s'mores, crispy rice treats, and anywhere else you might use vanilla marshmallows. So show honey some love and give these marshmallows a try!
