'Tis the season for pumpkin and pecan pies! If you want to enjoy the taste of these classic pies without all the work of making the crust and baking the pie, one of these pie-inspired candies just might satisfy that craving. Pumpkin Pie Candy Bars are my new favorite creation of this season! They start with a base of crunchy, buttery shortbread. This is topped with a creamy pumpkin pie filling, full of pumpkin pie spices and a touch of molasses. Finally, they're dipped in white chocolate and flecked with cinnamon on top.

Pecan Pie Fudge is jam-packed with pecans--four and a half cups for one batch of fudge! The nuts are toasted until golden brown, so they bring a deep nutty flavor to this delicious brown sugar and vanilla-flavored fudge.
