I no longer accept candy or other edible products to review. I will consider cookbook or equipment review requests, if I feel they fit the scope of this site and are of interest to my readers. I write honest reviews, which may include criticism of the product. I make no guarantees that I will review every product that is sent to me.
I write about candy for the home cook. Unfortunately this means that I cannot help with requests for commercial candy recipe development, equipment sourcing, or anything regarding starting a commercial candy business. I am not looking for commercial candy consulting opportunities at this time.
