Annie and her sisters grew up in a family that loved sweets! But after suffering from a variety of health problems, they began improving their diets in an attempt to achieve better health. This led them to explore the world of natural sweeteners. While Annie was studying at Brigham Young University, her passion for healthy cooking and baking flourished. The sisters were living across the country from each other by then and their blog became a way for the sisters to connect, while motivating each other to eat healthy. Annie’s excitement for natural eating increased as they exchanged recipes and discovered they didn’t need to give up sweets to be healthy! As they found delicious successes in the kitchen, they wanted to share their experiences with others.

Apart from recipe development and blogging, Annie has a growing interest in photography. She enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, spending time with her sisters and showing people how they can have their cake and eat it too!
