Making Perfect Chocolate-Covered Cherries

Scoop teaspoon-sized balls of fondant and roll them between your palms. The size can vary, but you don't want too much fondant or it will detract from the cherry and the chocolate. Ideally, you will have just enough to thinly cover the cherry.
