How to Make Fudge

Assemble Your Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped or grated
• 1 cup chopped toasted nuts
• 9x9 pan covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
• large saucepan
• candy thermometer

• Assemble Your Ingredients
• Combine the Sugar and Water
• Bring the Sugar Syrup to a Boil
• Add the Condensed Milk
• Cook the Fudge to 235 Degrees
• Add the Chocolate
• Beat the Fudge
• Pour It Into the Prepared Pan
• Cut the Fudge
• Your Fudge is Finished
