Sugarfree White Chocolate Peanuts

By Elizabeth LaBau, About.com

This recipe calls for the candy to be poured into peanut-shaped molds, but you can use whatever candy molds you have handy. Or if you prefer, you can simply pour the mixture into a pan and cut it into squares once set--it'll still taste great.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sugarfree white chocolate coating
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 3-4 peanut-shaped candy molds (depending on size—other shapes can also be used)

Preparation:

1. Melt white chocolate coating in a double boiler or microwave.

2. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth and completely incorporated.

3. Spoon into peanut molds and smooth the tops.

4. Chill molds in freezer until firm, about 20 minutes.

5. Once set, peanuts can be removed from molds.
